Shipping Timeframes

We currently offer Standard Shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • 5–8 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Total Estimated Delivery Time:

  • 7–11 business days (including processing time).

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Chafina is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details supplied by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, Chafina cannot guarantee delivery dates.

If your package appears significantly delayed or is believed to be lost, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.
